Hello! My name is Kamil Kostrzewa, and I am originally from Poland. I moved to the UK eight years ago, and since then, I’ve been on an exciting journey, both personally and professionally. As of October 2023, I have embarked on my Computer Science studies, which has allowed me to deepen my knowledge and skill set in this rapidly evolving field.

Currently, I have the privilege of working at Change Birmingham, where my primary focus is on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of IT and statistics-related tasks. In my role, I take charge of optimizing processes and streamlining the performance of our Database Management System. I ensure that the system remains consistently available and reliable, providing crucial support for the organization’s ongoing operations. My passion for technology drives me to find innovative solutions to complex challenges, making a tangible impact on our day-to-day work.
